Director of Procurement Transformation & Excellence

About the role

The Director of Procurement Transformation & Excellence will shape and lead the evolution of procurement and commercial capabilities across the Miral Group, establishing a world‑class operating model that drives growth, maximises value and supports long‑term strategic ambitions.

Key responsibilities

• Own and execute the Group‑wide Commercial and Procurement Transformation roadmap, defining initiatives, milestones and measurable outcomes.
• Design and implement a unified operating model, standardising procurement, sourcing, contracting and commercial management.
• Lead strategic sourcing and category management frameworks, delivering sustainable savings and improved commercial outcomes.
• Partner with Digital Technology to implement AI‑enabled solutions for sourcing, contract review, spend analysis and demand forecasting.
• Establish governance, performance frameworks and executive dashboards to monitor value delivery, compliance and supplier performance.

Required profile

• Proven senior leadership experience in procurement, commercial transformation or strategic sourcing within large, complex organisations.
• Strong track record of driving digital and AI‑enabled change programmes and delivering measurable financial benefits.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, able to influence senior leadership and build cross‑functional commitment.
