Director of Project Management

About the role

We are seeking a Director to lead the Project Management function and drive the successful delivery of strategic initiatives across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Establish governance, controls and reporting mechanisms for the project portfolio.
• Oversee planning, execution and delivery of strategic and operational projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Develop project schedules, budgets and resource plans, managing key milestones and prioritisation.
• Lead cross‑functional teams, manage stakeholder engagement and communicate project status.
• Identify, assess and mitigate project risks, issues and scope changes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration or Project Management; PMP or PRINCE2 certification highly desirable.
• Minimum 12 years of project management experience, including senior leadership or PMO roles.
• Proven ability to manage complex, cross‑functional projects and senior stakeholders.
• Strong proficiency in English; Arabic is an advantage.
