About the role

Wynn Al Marjan Island is seeking a Director of Recreation – Kids Club to lead the resort’s Kids Club and Beach Activity operations. The role is responsible for creating a safe, engaging, and enriching environment for children while delivering high‑quality experiences for families at a future Forbes Five‑Star destination.

Key responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for Kids Club and Beach Activity programs, ensuring safety and guest satisfaction.
• Design, implement, and continuously improve age‑appropriate activities that support children’s social, physical, and cognitive development.
• Oversee daily operations including staffing, scheduling, and facility management.
• Maintain rigorous health, safety, and regulatory compliance.
• Recruit, train, coach, and manage a high‑performing team aligned with Wynn’s service standards.
• Maintain accurate operational records, attendance, and incident reporting.
• Communicate effectively with parents and guardians to ensure a personalized guest experience.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional departments to align with overall resort operations.
• Monitor performance metrics and guest feedback to drive continuous improvement.
