Key responsibilities

• Maximise portfolio performance and drive asset value.
• Shape tenant and experience strategies across mixed‑use destinations.
• Lead key commercial partnerships and influence the development pipeline.
• Oversee asset repositioning, tenant‑mix evolution and commercial transformation programmes.
• Review asset performance, business plans, investment opportunities and capital improvement projects.

Required profile

• Proven track record managing and optimising large‑scale retail, mixed‑use, lifestyle or entertainment assets.
• Demonstrated ability to improve tenant productivity, footfall, dwell time, guest spend, occupancy and overall asset value.
• Strong understanding of retail economics, leasing structures, consumer behaviour and placemaking.
• Experience leading portfolio strategy, asset repositioning and commercial transformation initiatives.
• Established relationships with retailers, F&B operators, entertainment brands and strategic partners.
