Director of Revenue

About the role

The Director of Revenue will lead the pricing and revenue strategy for Anantara Downtown Dubai, ensuring optimal profitability across all hotel departments. Reporting to senior management, you will use market intelligence and technology to drive revenue growth for rooms, F&B, Spa and other services.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare weekly 3‑month forecasts and monthly rolling 12‑month forecasts for room revenue by market segment.
• Set and communicate the hotel pricing strategy, referencing market intelligence, buying patterns and seasonality.
• Support pricing decisions for F&B, Spa and other revenue‑generating departments.
• Chair weekly revenue meetings, distribute minutes and action plans.
• Set monthly upselling targets for front office and reservations teams.
• Ensure full utilization and understanding of PMS and RMS technologies.
• Measure performance across distribution channels to achieve market share goals.
• Contribute to the annual budget and assist in developing the sales and marketing plan.
• Identify innovative solutions to maximise total revenue management capabilities.

Required profile

• Proven experience in hotel revenue management and pricing strategy.
• Strong analytical and forecasting abilities.
• Ability to lead and communicate effectively with cross‑functional teams.
• Familiarity with the hospitality market in the Middle East.
