Director of Rooms Division

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Director of Rooms Division to lead the Rooms operations at Jumeirah Beach Hotel, an iconic luxury resort in Dubai. Reporting to senior leadership, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences while driving commercial performance.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all Rooms Division functions, ensuring operational excellence and luxury service standards.
• Identify revenue opportunities, optimise profitability and implement cost‑control measures without compromising service quality.
• Enhance the guest journey through innovative service initiatives and prompt resolution of feedback.
• Collaborate with Executive Leadership and Revenue Management to align operational strategies with business objectives and market trends.
• Maintain compliance with brand standards, continuously improving processes, quality and presentation.
• Lead, coach and develop a high‑performing Rooms team, fostering accountability and talent growth.

Required profile

• 10–12 years of progressive leadership experience within internationally recognised luxury hospitality brands.
• Proven ability to lead high‑performing teams in fast‑paced luxury environments.
• Strong commercial acumen with a track record of driving operational performance and profitability.
