Director of Sales – Leisure

About the role

Join the luxury hospitality team at Raffles The Palm Dubai as the Director of Sales – Leisure. Reporting to the Director of Sales, you will drive revenue growth for the leisure market segment and ensure alignment with the hotel’s overall sales strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Contribute to the preparation of the annual Sales & Marketing budget and business plan for the leisure segment.
• Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets, including room nights and total revenue.
• Provide accurate revenue forecasts based on up‑to‑date market intelligence and booking trends.
• Monitor segment performance and recommend corrective actions to optimise revenue generation.
• Maximise profitability by focusing on high‑yield accounts and premium suite business.
• Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date client records.
• Lead and develop the leisure sales team, fostering proactive business development and account management.

Required profile

• Proven experience in hotel sales, particularly within the leisure segment.
• Strong track record of achieving revenue targets and managing budgets.
• Ability to analyse market data and produce reliable forecasts.
• Experience in account management and developing high‑value client relationships.
• Leadership skills to guide and motivate a sales team.
