Director of Solution Engineering (Partner Enablement)

About the role

The Director – Solution Engineering (Partners) will lead technical enablement and ongoing success of Inception’s partner ecosystem, empowering system integrators, resellers and consulting partners to position, architect and deliver AI solutions across global markets.

Key responsibilities

• Build reusable demo environments, solution assets and certification programs for partners.
• Provide architectural guidance and support during partner‑led customer pursuits, including workshops, RFx responses and solution sizing.
• Develop and maintain partner technical onboarding curricula, learning paths and hands‑on training materials.
• Collaborate with product, engineering and commercial teams to align partner feedback with product strategy.

Required profile

• 7+ years of experience in solution architecture, pre‑sales engineering or technical consulting, preferably within partner enablement.
• Proven ability to translate complex AI/ML concepts into scalable training and reusable assets.
• Strong relationship‑building and stakeholder management skills across technical and commercial audiences.

Required skills

• Deep understanding of AI/ML architectures and SaaS/cloud‑native solutions.
• Hands‑on experience with Microsoft Azure (Azure strongly preferred) and AI/ML services.
• Knowledge of OpenAI technologies and Microsoft Azure L300 certification is a plus.
• Experience designing enterprise integration architectures.
