Director of Unit Management

About the role

Kaizen is seeking an experienced Director of Unit Management to lead its secondary market strategy, drive property transaction volume and optimise unit portfolio performance across the UAE and GCC.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute secondary‑market strategies for resales, off‑plan sales, leasing and unit disposition to increase market share and revenue.
• Own end‑to‑end unit portfolio management including inventory oversight, valuation, pricing, marketing readiness and lifecycle optimisation.
• Monitor market trends, regulatory updates and competitor activity to inform pricing and positioning.
• Lead a high‑performing team, manage stakeholder relationships and ensure seamless client experiences.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• Significant leadership experience in secondary‑market sales, property transactions or B2C marketplace businesses.
• Deep knowledge of the UAE/GCC real‑estate market, regulations and valuation practices.
• Proven track record of revenue growth, portfolio optimisation and P&L ownership.
