Director - Security Monitoring & Inspection Services

About the role

The Director of Security Monitoring & Inspection Services translates the company’s vision into strategic security and inspection approaches, fosters stakeholder engagement, protects the organisation’s reputation and delivers best‑in‑class services across the business.

Key responsibilities

• Build and retain a best‑in‑class Security & Inspection department.
• Provide leadership and expertise to the Security & Inspection teams and the wider business.
• Oversee the Security & Inspection budget and expenditure in coordination with Finance.
• Align the department with procurement, operations and HR for smooth day‑to‑day operations.
• Attract, recruit and retain high‑caliber Security & Inspection staff.
• Coach and mentor direct reports to ensure effective team management.
• Develop and implement plans to achieve departmental objectives.
• Support Business Development with Security & Inspection assistance for new business lines.
• Lead or participate in cross‑functional NISHAN Security Services teams.
• Define long‑term and annual Security & Inspection strategies and act as a key advisor to senior leadership.
• Guide brand strategy, reporting processes and implementation of security initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven leadership of security and inspection teams.
• Experience managing budgets and cross‑functional collaboration.
• Ability to develop and execute strategic security plans.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and advisory capabilities.
