Director - Table Games

About the role

The Director – Table Games will lead and oversee all table‑games operations at Wynn Al Marjan Island, a new integrated resort slated to open in 2027. Reporting to senior management, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences while driving revenue and operational excellence across blackjack, baccarat, roulette, poker and specialty games.

Key responsibilities

• Lead daily operations of all table‑games, ensuring optimal floor coverage, staffing levels and game performance.
• Develop and implement strategies to maximise revenue, efficiency and guest satisfaction.
• Maintain strict compliance with gaming regulations, internal controls and company policies.
• Recruit, train, mentor and retain a high‑performing table‑games team.
• Collaborate with Surveillance, Security, Compliance and Marketing to ensure seamless operations.
• Handle guest relations and resolve escalated issues with professionalism.
• Analyse financial reports and KPIs to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
• Stay current with industry trends, technologies and best practices.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years experience in gaming operations, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
• Extensive knowledge of table‑games rules, procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Proven leadership and team‑management skills in a high‑volume, luxury environment.
• Strong analytical, decision‑making and communication abilities.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends and holidays.
• Multilingual abilities and international experience are a plus.
• Experience launching table‑games operations in new markets and familiarity with Middle‑Eastern gaming regulations.
