About the role

The Director of Talent & Organizational Development will shape the people strategy of a fast‑growing UAE organisation. Reporting to senior leadership, the role focuses on building future‑ready capabilities through talent development, leadership programmes, succession planning and organisational design.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design and delivery of talent development and leadership programmes.
• Develop and implement succession planning and organisational design initiatives aligned with business strategy.
• Partner with senior leaders to create development frameworks that support growth objectives.
• Oversee performance management processes and culture‑building initiatives.
• Influence leadership behaviours and contribute to long‑term workforce planning.

Required profile

• Senior experience in talent management or organisational development.
• Proven exposure to leadership development and transformation environments.
• Experience in the UAE or GCC markets is preferred.
• Demonstrated credibility with senior leaders and strong design‑thinking capability.
