About the role
The Distributor Partnerships Lead for the MENA region will identify, onboard and manage distributor partners to drive regional growth for Johnson & Johnson. This role translates regional business plans into concrete distributor commitments and ensures performance, compliance and risk are effectively managed.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and evaluate new distributor partners in line with regional growth strategy.
- Lead screening and due‑diligence across finance, legal, compliance, regulatory, investment and operations.
- Coordinate onboarding with internal cross‑functional teams and ensure timely system setup.
- Develop, negotiate and implement distribution agreements, supporting renewals and amendments.
- Translate regional business plans into distributor‑specific targets, pricing, incentives and investment commitments.
- Monitor monthly distributor performance against KPIs and conduct structured reviews.
- Drive corrective action plans for under‑performance and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Act as first‑line owner of distributor compliance issues, supporting audits and corrective actions.
Required profile
- Strong commercial judgment and contract knowledge.
- Proven stakeholder management and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
- Experience in distributor selection, onboarding and performance management.
- Ability to navigate regulatory, compliance and risk environments.
