About the role
We are partnering with a global financial services organisation to hire a Key Account Manager based in Dubai. You will be responsible for managing and expanding relationships with B2B and enterprise clients across the UAE and the wider region, ensuring high‑level service and long‑term partnership.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with key B2B and enterprise customers.
- Act as the primary point of contact for strategic accounts.
- Identify and pursue opportunities for upselling, cross‑selling and account growth.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver excellent client satisfaction.
- Support commercial negotiations, proposals and contract renewals.
- Maintain accurate pipeline and activity records in CRM systems.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity within financial services.
- Achieve revenue and client‑retention targets.
Required profile
- 0‑5 years of experience in account management, sales, business development or client‑relationship roles.
- Experience working with B2B or enterprise clients is advantageous.
- Strong communication and relationship‑building abilities.
- Commercially minded with a proactive, client‑focused approach.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities.
- Background in financial services, fintech, SaaS or professional services is beneficial.
- Based in the UAE or willing to relocate to Dubai.
