Document Controller – Emirati National

About the role
The Document Controller will manage all project documentation and correspondence, ensuring accurate control, distribution, tracking, and filing of project records for construction and engineering projects.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain project document control systems and registers.
- Process incoming and outgoing correspondence, transmittals, RFIs, submittals, drawings, reports, and technical documentation.
- Ensure proper document numbering, tracking, version control, and audit trails.
- Support the supervision team with document retrieval and reporting.
- Coordinate document distribution between client, consultant, and contractor while ensuring compliance with company procedures.
Required profile
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in document control on construction or engineering projects.
- UAE/GCC project experience preferred.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Aconex.
- Experience with EDMS.
- Knowledge of SharePoint or similar document management systems.
