Document Controller

About the role

KEO Group is seeking a Document Controller to support a major engineered landfill project in Al Ain, United Arab Emirates. The role involves managing all project documentation to ensure accuracy, traceability and compliance with established procedures.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, register, log and distribute incoming and outgoing project documents.
• Maintain up‑to‑date document registers, transmittal records and submission logs.
• Organise and preserve both electronic and physical filing systems for the project.
• Support document numbering, revision control and version tracking.
• Ensure all documentation complies with project requirements and company standards.

Required profile

• Proven experience in document control within construction or infrastructure projects.
• Familiarity with engineered landfill or similar large‑scale civil works is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
