Draftsman – Interior Fit‑Out Projects

About the role

We are looking for a Draftsman to produce detailed shop, working and as‑built drawings for interior fit‑out projects in Dubai. The role involves translating site measurements and design concepts into accurate construction documents and supporting the project team throughout the delivery phase.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare shop, working and as‑built drawings, including plans, elevations, sections, details and layouts for interior fit‑out projects.
• Develop drawings from site measurements, design concepts and client or consultant requirements.
• Coordinate drawing packages with site engineers, project managers, joinery, MEP and other trades.
• Revise drawings based on site conditions, approvals and design changes, ensuring compliance with project specifications.
• Maintain drawing records, revisions and documentation, and support quantity take‑offs with the QS team.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture or Drafting, or equivalent qualification.
• Previous experience in interior fit‑out or similar projects is preferred.

Required skills

• Proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Knowledge of SketchUp and Revit (advantage).
