Draftsman – Jumpform for High‑Rise Projects

About the role

We are seeking a Draftsman – Jumpform to create accurate engineering drawings for proprietary, self‑climbing, crane‑supported and bespoke formwork systems used in high‑rise construction projects across Dubai. The role supports Gardinia Contracting’s ambitious developments for Azizi Developments, delivering detailed documentation that enables safe and efficient construction.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare detailed engineering drawings (GA, shop, fabrication, assembly, layout) for various formwork systems.
• Assist structural and design engineers in developing economical and buildable formwork solutions.
• Produce engineering sketches, material schedules and supporting technical documentation.
• Provide drafting support for structural calculations and engineering deliverables.
• Review architectural, reinforcement and concrete drawings to ensure accurate detailing.
• Coordinate with structural, project and site engineers, as well as fabrication teams, to address drawing requirements and revisions.
• Maintain drawing registers, revision histories and document control records.
• Monitor drawing issuance against project schedules and respond to site queries.

Required profile

• Minimum 36 months (3 years) of drafting experience in high‑rise construction.
• Strong AutoCAD drafting skills with a solid understanding of formwork systems.
• Ability to collaborate with engineers and construction teams and manage document control.
