About the role
We are seeking a reliable and well‑organized Driver cum Office Assistant to support daily business operations and provide transportation assistance to management.
Key responsibilities
- Provide safe and timely transportation for management, including airport pick‑up and drop‑off.
- Accompany management to business meetings and official appointments.
- Assist with daily office operations, administrative tasks, and other office‑related duties.
- Maintain the company vehicle in good condition, ensuring it is clean and roadworthy.
- Plan routes efficiently and ensure punctuality for all appointments.
- Handle other duties as assigned by management.
Required profile
- Valid UAE driving license with at least 2 years of driving experience in the UAE.
- Good knowledge of UAE roads, particularly Dubai, and familiarity with GPS/navigation applications.
- Professional attitude, punctual, trustworthy, flexible and well‑presented.
- Willingness to assist with general office duties and business‑related errands.
