Driver Interior Architecture Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Driver Interior Architecture Manager to lead the planning, design and integration of driver‑focused interior environments across a range of vehicle platforms. The role combines interior architecture, human‑factors, ergonomics and engineering to deliver safe, comfortable and technology‑rich cabins for modern mobility solutions. The position is fully remote and reports to the senior vehicle architecture team.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement driver interior architecture strategies aligned with safety, usability and customer‑experience goals.
• Lead concept development through detailed design, prototyping, testing and production for driver cabins and cockpits.
• Define ergonomic and visibility requirements, conduct task analyses and usability assessments.
• Coordinate spatial planning for seating, controls, displays, storage and access areas.
• Integrate steering, pedal, gear‑selector, HMI, infotainment and driver‑assist interfaces with vehicle packaging and electrical systems.
• Manage design reviews, configuration control, supplier relationships and design‑for‑manufacturing assessments.
• Support validation testing, safety assessments and compliance with automotive standards.
