About the role
GMG is seeking an experienced Light Vehicle Driver to make deliveries across the UAE. The role requires good knowledge of UAE routes, adherence to safety regulations, and regular vehicle maintenance.
Key responsibilities
- Make deliveries across the UAE by road.
- Maintain good route knowledge across all Emirates.
- Follow all UAE safety rules and regulations while driving.
- Perform regular vehicle checks and basic maintenance.
- Ensure timely servicing at approved providers to prevent major repairs.
- Communicate politely and remain calm in interactions.
Required profile
- Minimum 2–3 years experience as a Light Vehicle Driver in the UAE.
- Valid UAE Light Vehicle Driving License (Category No. 3) with a clean record.
- Preferable experience driving 3.5‑ton light commercial vehicles.
- Good knowledge of UAE roads and routes across all Emirates.
- Familiarity with GPS and navigation applications.
- Basic understanding of vehicle inspections and preventive maintenance.
