Driver – Secure Collections & Destruction

About the role

Iron Mountain is looking for a professional Driver to join its Transportation team. You will be the public face of the company, responsible for securely collecting, transporting, and destroying client materials while delivering top‑tier customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Drive a company vehicle to client sites to collect, transport, and shred sensitive materials.
• Use wireless scanning technology to record collections and maintain chain‑of‑custody documentation.
• Perform daily pre‑trip and post‑trip vehicle inspections, manage refueling, and keep the vehicle clean.
• Ensure compliance with transportation legislation and Iron Mountain’s Driver Code of Conduct.
• Interact directly with customers to address service needs and resolve issues.
• Assist warehouse operations with retrievals, destructions, and inventory moves as required.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a driver.
• Ability to meet high physical demands, including manual lifting of large amounts of data.
• Valid driver’s license – Category 3 manual or above.
• Commitment to safe, fuel‑efficient driving practices.
