Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations Techno‑Functional Consultant

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) Techno‑Functional Consultant to work with CFOs, Finance Directors and other senior finance stakeholders in a real‑estate organization. The role blends finance process consulting, ERP transformation and hands‑on technical delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct finance process assessments (R2R, P2P, O2C, budgeting, forecasting) and develop current‑state and future‑state roadmaps.
• Design, configure and optimise core F&O modules such as General Ledger, Accounts Payable/Receivable, Fixed Assets, Project Management and Procurement.
• Lead workshops, gather requirements and produce functional specifications, solution design documents and configuration guides.
• Collaborate with developers on X++, extensions, data entities, APIs and customisations, and support integrations with property‑management and banking systems.
• Drive finance automation, reporting and analytics using Power BI, and ensure scalable, secure, maintainable solutions.

Required profile

• 6‑10 years of consulting or implementation experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX / Dynamics 365 F&O.
• Strong functional knowledge of finance processes (R2R, P2P, O2C, fixed assets, budgeting, cash management).
• Proven ability to engage senior finance leaders and translate business needs into ERP solutions.
• Excellent analytical, communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
