E-commerce Assistant

About the role

We are seeking an E‑commerce Assistant to support the daily operation and growth of our online stores and marketplace channels. The role combines e‑commerce operations, digital marketing, SEO, and website management, offering a hands‑on learning experience across multiple platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Manage product listings, pricing, images, specifications and inventory on Shopify and other e‑commerce sites.
• Monitor online orders, coordinate fulfilment, and resolve order, payment or website issues.
• Upload and maintain product data, promotions and advertising campaigns on Amazon, Noon and other marketplaces.
• Create and update website pages, collections, banners and promotional content; perform basic HTML, CSS and Liquid edits.
• Conduct regular site audits to fix broken links, pricing errors and improve user experience.
• Assist with setting up discount codes, email marketing, social media posts and other digital promotions.

Required profile

• Digitally savvy, organized and detail‑oriented.
• Analytical mindset with a strong interest in how e‑commerce components drive sales.
• Ability to collaborate with e‑commerce, marketing and development teams.
