E-Commerce Expert

About the role

M&M General Contracting & Transport is looking for a full-time E-Commerce Expert in Abu Dhabi to manage and grow its online sales platforms. The role covers setting up and optimizing online stores, managing product listings, analyzing sales performance and running digital marketing strategies to increase revenue and customer engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and optimize e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, WooCommerce, Amazon and Noon
• Create and update product listings with accurate details, pricing and images
• Monitor website traffic, conversion rates and sales performance
• Develop promotional campaigns and discount strategies
• Ensure smooth order processing, inventory tracking and customer satisfaction
• Work with the marketing team on SEO, Google Ads and social media integration
• Prepare regular performance reports and suggest improvements

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in e-commerce management or online sales
• Preferred: experience in the UAE market or GCC region

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of online marketplaces (Shopify, WooCommerce, Amazon)
• Familiarity with SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, Meta Ads and email marketing tools
• Preferred: product photography, graphic design or content creation, and understanding of digital payments and logistics
