E-commerce Specialist

About the role

We are seeking an E‑Commerce Specialist for a 12‑month project with a leading pharmaceutical company in Dubai. The role focuses on managing key e‑commerce accounts across KSA and the UAE, driving commercial performance and supporting the client’s data‑driven culture.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day relationships with major e‑commerce customers in KSA and the UAE, owning P&L and executing joint business plans.
• Lead negotiations for product listings, visibility, retail media and trade terms while optimizing product content and page quality.
• Plan, launch and optimise retail media campaigns across leading platforms, managing budgets, invoicing and performance reviews.
• Track ratings, reviews, search performance, pricing, stock levels and media investments, maintaining scorecards and forecasts.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management or related field.
• 5–7 years of experience in e‑commerce, digital commerce or omnichannel roles, with proven GCC account management.
• Experience in FMCG, beauty or consumer health; OTC or e‑pharmacy experience is a plus.
• Fluent English; Arabic is an advantage.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of digital shelf management, retail media and performance‑driven execution.
• Proficiency in platform analytics and Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent stakeholder management and commercial acumen.
