About the role
International Montessori Nursery (IMN) in Abu Dhabi is seeking a dedicated Early Childhood Teacher to join its on‑site team. You will work with children aged 12 months to 4½ years, delivering a blend of Montessori and British‑aligned curriculum to foster confidence, independence, and a love of learning.
Key responsibilities
- Design and implement age‑appropriate lesson plans that encourage hands‑on exploration.
- Create a supportive, engaging classroom environment that promotes holistic development.
- Monitor each child’s progress and document developmental milestones.
- Collaborate with fellow educators and parents to tailor learning experiences.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and child‑friendly classroom setting.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
- Experience teaching or working with young children.
- Knowledge of Montessori principles (certification or practical experience is a plus).
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
