Early Years Teacher

About the role

Al Rabeeh Academy is looking for experienced and passionate Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) teachers to join its international British‑curriculum school in Abu Dhabi from August 2026. You will be responsible for delivering high‑quality early years education and creating a nurturing, inclusive environment for our youngest learners.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging EYFS lessons aligned with the British curriculum.
• Foster the social, emotional and academic development of children aged 3‑5.
• Utilise AI‑driven learning tools to enhance classroom experiences.
• Collaborate with senior staff to maintain a safe and stimulating EYFS space.
• Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to parents.

Required profile

• Proven experience teaching in an EYFS or early years setting.
• Strong commitment to inclusive, student‑centred learning.
• Ability to work effectively in a multicultural, high‑performing team.
• Excellent communication skills in English.

Required skills

• Knowledge of the EYFS curriculum.
• Familiarity with the British curriculum for early years.
