eCommerce Channel Growth Manager – Dubai

About the role

Arla is looking for a dynamic Channel Growth Manager to drive the online expansion of its dairy categories across eCommerce platforms in the Middle East. You will translate brand, shopper and category ambitions into actionable digital strategies, working closely with retailers and internal teams to accelerate sustainable growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and own the eCommerce category growth strategy for each retailer, identifying shopper and market opportunities.
• Translate shopper, category and market insights into growth stories and actionable recommendations.
• Monitor eCommerce trends, retail media and digital‑shelf performance using analytics tools.
• Co‑lead Joint Business Plans with key retailers and embed growth drivers into annual plans.
• Conduct periodic category reviews, identify barriers and propose corrective actions.
• Track KPIs such as distribution, availability, share of search and conversion, and prepare monthly performance reports.
• Design customer‑specific assortment, portfolio and digital 4P recommendations.
• Ensure Perfect Store Online standards for content, imagery, ratings, reviews and search visibility.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field; Master’s/MBA is a plus.
• Proven experience in eCommerce category or channel management, preferably within consumer goods.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into growth actions.
