Ecommerce Manager – Digital Commerce Strategy

About the role

Colgate‑Palmolive is seeking an experienced Ecommerce Manager to shape and execute its digital commerce strategy across the United Arab Emirates. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams and key customers to drive growth, improve the digital shelf, and deliver best‑in‑class online experiences for our brands.

Key responsibilities

• Develop long‑term digital commerce strategies, prioritising customers and key business capabilities.
• Align with customers and internal teams to create value‑focused growth plans.
• Continuously improve e‑capabilities such as DAM, content, packaging, net sales, P&L, and analytics reporting.
• Use data and analytics to inform bold decision‑making and optimise performance.
• Launch personalised, differentiated innovations with best‑in‑class execution.
• Create high‑conversion content for consumer‑packaged categories.
• Define and monitor metrics for digital‑shelf excellence, recommending corrective actions.
• Drive demand and purchase through a full‑funnel approach focused on consumer journeys.
• Plan category growth across sub‑channels and develop promotion strategies.
• Coordinate 360° marketing communications and digital initiatives with agencies and technology partners.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Economics, Management or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in eCommerce marketing or account management, ideally within a multinational FMCG company.
• Fluent English communication skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Proficiency with Google Suite (Sheets, Slides, Docs).
