E‑Commerce Specialist – Amazon Marketplace (Dubai)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced E‑Commerce Specialist to manage and grow our client’s online presence on Amazon and other regional marketplaces from Dubai. The role focuses on driving sales, optimizing product listings, and overseeing inventory and supply‑chain operations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end Amazon Seller Central and Vendor Central accounts, including trade terms, negotiations and performance optimisation.
• Monitor sales revenue, traffic, conversion rates, Buy Box performance and other KPIs; implement actions to meet monthly targets.
• Develop and execute a roadmap to increase marketplace revenue to AED 5 M by end‑2027.
• Expand into additional platforms such as Noon and Styli, handling onboarding and performance management.
• Create and optimise product listings (titles, bullet points, descriptions, backend keywords, A+ content) and ensure high‑quality images.
• Manage pricing, promotions, rebates and charge‑back processes in line with vendor agreements.
• Coordinate supply‑chain activities – forecasting, purchase orders, inventory planning and synchronization across all channels.
• Work closely with warehouse, logistics and fulfilment teams to maintain service levels and minimise out‑of‑stock situations.
• Maintain vendor relationships with marketplace platforms and drive business development initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing Amazon Seller Central and Vendor Central accounts.
• Track record of achieving sales targets and improving marketplace performance.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret performance metrics.
• Excellent coordination skills across supply‑chain, logistics and vendor teams.
