E‑Commerce Support Specialist

About the role

The E‑Commerce Support Specialist will ensure a smooth, accurate and customer‑focused online shopping experience on Wolfiz’s e‑commerce site. You will handle order processing, keep product information up‑to‑date and work closely with warehouse, sales and marketing teams.

Key responsibilities

• Process daily online orders and coordinate packing and dispatch with the warehouse/retail team.
• Monitor order status, communicate updates or delays to customers, and manage returns and exchanges.
• Upload and update product details, images, pricing and ensure correct categorisation on the website.
• Collaborate with warehouse, courier and retail teams to maintain accurate inventory and smooth fulfilment.
• Track sales performance metrics and assist with reporting.
• Monitor stock levels for online‑only items and recommend replenishment.
• Support testing and launch of new e‑commerce features or tools.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience in e‑commerce, retail or customer‑service roles.
• Strong attention to detail, especially with data entry and product information.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer‑service mindset.
• Tech‑savvy, organised and eager to learn new systems.
• Ability to juggle multiple tasks in a fast‑paced retail environment.
