Economics Teacher for CBSE Grades 11-12

About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic Economics teacher to deliver the CBSE curriculum to Grade 11 and 12 students at The Millennium School Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for fostering deep subject understanding and preparing learners for their board examinations.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging Economics lessons for CBSE Grade 11 and 12 classes.
• Assess student progress and provide feedback to help achieve strong board exam results.
• Collaborate with the Economics department and other faculty members to ensure curriculum continuity across phases.
• Utilise educational technology and maintain effective communication with parents regarding student performance.

Required profile

• MA in Economics and a Bachelor of Education (distance or open‑university degrees are not accepted).
• Proven experience teaching Economics in a CBSE school for Grades 10‑12.
• Demonstrated record of good student outcomes in board examinations.
• Creative, enthusiastic and a strong team player.
• Excellent command of English and interpersonal communication skills.
