Education Manager – GCC (Dubai)

About the role

Caudalie is seeking an Education Manager for the GCC, based in Dubai, to develop and deliver training programmes that strengthen brand awareness and support the field sales team.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver three seminars per year together with the Business Developer and Retail Sales Manager.
• Create education workshops and present them to the field team, aligning with campaign strategy.
• Collaborate with the Global Director of Education on NPD education for pre‑seminars.
• Visit sales teams on‑site to ensure messaging consistency and provide feedback.
• Support the Retail Sales Manager with sell‑in/sell‑out observations, large‑scale events, and masterclasses.
• Maintain training platforms, onboard new hires and manage education content for Sephora staff.

Required profile

• Active UAE driver’s licence and eligibility to work in Dubai.
• Fluent in Arabic and English (written and oral).
• Experience developing and delivering training to sales teams, preferably in beauty retail.
• Strong public speaking, entrepreneurial mindset and ability to travel across the GCC.
• Passion for skincare and solid knowledge of cosmetics market and product formulations.
