Teacher Trainer – Math, Science or ELA

About the role

We are looking for experienced Teacher Trainers with deep expertise in K‑12 Mathematics, Science or English Language Arts. In this position you will design and deliver high‑impact training programs that help educators across the UAE implement modern curricula and digital tools in their classrooms.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct engaging workshops, webinars and onsite sessions for teachers, covering inquiry‑based learning, digital product integration and classroom management.
• Develop, customize and continuously update training materials, presentations and resources aligned with UAE Ministry of Education standards and international frameworks such as NGSS, CCSS Math and CCSS ELA.
• Provide targeted coaching to address specific pedagogical needs and support educators in adopting new instructional strategies.
• Monitor educational trends and technology advancements to keep training programs current and effective.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing and client‑relations teams to promote adoption of our educational solutions.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a teacher, subject coordinator or head of department in K‑12 Mathematics, Science (Physics, Chemistry, Biology or General Science) or ELA.
• Based in the UAE with willingness to travel domestically for onsite training.
• Strong knowledge of relevant curriculum standards (NGSS, CCSS or equivalent) and ability to align training content accordingly.
• Bachelor’s degree in Education, a related scientific or linguistic field; a master’s degree or leadership credential is a plus.
• Fluency in both Arabic and English (written and spoken).

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience using learning management systems (LMS).
• Familiarity with interactive subject‑based educational technologies and digital learning tools.
