Education & Training Manager

About the role

Italiacamp is seeking an experienced Education & Training Manager to lead the development of its Education & Training business line at the Dubai Hub. Reporting to the General Manager of Italiacamp EMEA FZCO, you will shape the Hub into a recognized platform for professional learning, executive education, and knowledge transfer.

Key responsibilities

• Define the education strategy, design the service portfolio and value proposition based on market needs.
• Identify and pursue business opportunities, support client acquisition and monitor financial performance against targets.
• Build and manage strategic partnerships with Italian academic institutions, training providers, certification bodies and local stakeholders.
• Oversee the Learning Centre, ensuring high‑quality program design and delivery aligned with business objectives.
• Develop initiatives that turn training activities into networking, business‑matching and market‑access opportunities.

Required profile

• More than 6 years of experience building, developing or scaling education, training or knowledge‑based services.
• Strong business mindset with the ability to translate ideas into marketable offers.
• Proven ability to manage partnerships with academic, institutional and corporate stakeholders.
• Excellent communication, organizational and project‑management skills.
• Fluent in English (C1) and Italian, both written and spoken; Arabic is a plus.
