Electrical Construction Manager – EPC Projects

About the role

The Electrical Construction Manager will lead the planning, execution and delivery of medium to large‑scale EPC projects in the power and infrastructure sectors across the Gulf region. Reporting to senior leadership, the role ensures projects are completed on time, within budget and to the highest quality and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all construction activities for substations, power plants and overhead transmission line projects, ensuring compliance with design drawings, specifications and contractual obligations.
• Manage the full project lifecycle from mobilization through commissioning and handover, coordinating resources, schedules and progress monitoring.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams, supervise subcontractors, and resolve technical or contractual issues promptly.
• Implement and monitor quality assurance, quality control and HSE processes to meet industry and client standards.
• Identify project risks early and develop mitigation strategies to avoid delays and cost overruns.

Required profile

• Degree in Electrical Engineering.
• 8–15 years of proven experience delivering electrical EPC projects in Gulf countries or India, including medium and large substations, power plants and transmission networks.
• Strong project management, leadership and communication skills with the ability to coordinate clients, consultants, vendors and subcontractors.
• Self‑motivated, proactive and capable of working independently while fostering a collaborative team environment.
