Electrical Site Manager

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Electrical Site Manager to lead on‑site activities for a project, ensuring cost‑effective execution, quality, schedule, and safety from start‑up through commissioning and hand‑over.

Key responsibilities

• Plan on‑site activities with the project manager, allocating resources, equipment and milestones.
• Coordinate construction targets, health & safety requirements, site organization and policy with customers and external partners.
• Oversee all phases – start‑up, construction, erection, testing and commissioning – to meet contract specifications and quality standards.
• Act as the project representative, building relationships with customers, authorities, banks and suppliers.
• Maintain an up‑to‑date Health & Safety plan compliant with Hitachi Energy HSE standards and ensure all personnel are trained.
• Manage equipment handling, storage, shipment logistics and on‑site storage to guarantee timely delivery.
• Supervise subcontractors, monitor quality and progress, and control project costs against forecasts.
• Handle petty cash, local purchasing within delegated limits, and keep documentation current.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical power, electronics & communication.
• 8–10 years of project experience in related fields.
• Strong planning abilities and capacity to work under pressure.
• Excellent communication skills across all organisational levels.
• Proven leadership with the ability to motivate teams.
