Electrical Technician – Resort Staff Housing

About the role

We are looking for an Electrical Technician to join the Wynn Oasis Engineering team at Wynn Al Marjan Island. The role focuses on maintaining and upgrading electrical systems in staff housing for the upcoming resort.

Key responsibilities

• Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on electrical systems in staff housing.
• Diagnose and repair electrical faults and malfunctions.
• Install and upgrade electrical fixtures, wiring, and equipment as required.
• Ensure compliance with local electrical codes and safety standards.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs.
• Collaborate with engineering and maintenance personnel to resolve issues.
• Respond promptly to emergency electrical issues and service requests.
• Assist in planning and executing electrical projects and renovations.

Required profile

• Diploma or certification in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience as an electrical technician, preferably in residential or staff‑housing environments.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, tools, and safety procedures.
• Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams and blueprints.
• Excellent problem‑solving and communication skills.
• Flexibility to work on‑call or during non‑standard hours.
