About the role
The Electrician (Coiled Tubing) is responsible for dismantling, repairing, assembling and testing electronic equipment used in pressure pumping operations. The role involves on‑site work and close coordination with mechanics and supervisors.
Key responsibilities
- Read and interpret electronic drawings and circuit diagrams.
- Receive defective equipment, analyse faults and order required materials in consultation with the mechanic.
- Overhaul electronic equipment and perform functional tests on repaired units.
- Visit sites as directed, cooperate with other sections during equipment trials and maintain accurate records of work performed.
- Carry out preventive maintenance activities and ensure compliance with ADNOC, UAE and client Asset Integrity Management codes.
Required profile
- Diploma in a technical field.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Basic knowledge of spoken and written English.
Required skills
- Overhauling of electronic equipment.
- Preventive maintenance of electronic systems.
- Ability to read and work with electronic drawings and circuit diagrams.
