About the role

The Senior Engineer, Reliability will lead the development and implementation of Reliability Management Systems and support Reliability Centred Maintenance activities for the Asab site.

Key responsibilities

Develop and maintain a structured, multi‑discipline Reliability Management System.
Coordinate Reliability Centred Maintenance and Instrument Protective Function analyses to optimise maintenance strategies.
Introduce and facilitate Root Cause Analysis techniques for equipment failure investigations.
Establish a reliability, availability and integrity threats database on the shared server.
Collaborate with Maintenance Section Heads to create improvement plans and engineering solutions.

Required profile

Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
Minimum 8 years of experience in the oil and gas industry.
