ELV Network Engineer

About the role

The ELV Network Engineer will lead the deployment, configuration and integration of IP‑based security systems for our clients in the United Arab Emirates. Working within the Systems Integration team, you will ensure firewalls, antivirus, VPNs and other security components operate reliably and securely across the client’s IT infrastructure.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor project budgets and resource allocation to avoid overspend.
• Provide technical support, training and guidance to end‑users and operators.
• Coordinate with vendors for upgrades, advanced troubleshooting and equipment procurement.
• Integrate security solutions (CCTV, access control, VMS) with client IT networks and enterprise applications.
• Design, implement and maintain firewalls, antivirus, VPNs and other cybersecurity measures.
• Continuously monitor systems, analyse security logs and research vulnerabilities.
• Lead incident response activities for security breaches and cyber‑attacks.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations and certification requirements.
• Install and configure network hardware, perform site acceptance testing and commission systems.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years (36 months) experience in ELV security systems integration.
• Proven ability to manage project budgets and lead installation teams.
• Strong communication skills for client and vendor interaction.
• Relevant certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, CompTIA Security+, CEH are advantageous.
