Emirati Strategy Projects Manager

About the role

We are looking for an Emirati Strategy Projects Manager to lead finance‑focused projects that drive business growth and operational efficiency. The role combines project governance, financial control and stakeholder management to ensure successful delivery of strategic initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop detailed project plans, define scope, set schedules and manage budgets to achieve on‑time, within‑budget delivery.
• Oversee financial reporting, forecasting, cash‑flow analysis and expenditure, ensuring compliance with financial metrics and regulations.
• Act as primary liaison between senior management, clients and internal teams, providing regular updates and reports.
• Identify and implement process improvements, new systems and tools to enhance operational efficiency.
• Assemble, motivate and direct cross‑functional project teams, including vendors and contractors.
• Manage project risks and ensure adherence to internal policies and external regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or business administration.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in project management within finance or business operations.
• Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
• Proven ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel.
• Experience with accounting software.
• Familiarity with ERP systems.
• Knowledge of project management tools.
