Emirati Talent Acquisition Executive – Hybrid (Dubai)

About the role

Al-Futtaim Health is looking for an Emirati Talent Acquisition Executive to join its Human Resources team in Dubai Festival City. The role focuses on attracting, engaging and hiring healthcare professionals for a growing network of HealthHub Clinics while driving the Emiratization agenda.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for clinical and non‑clinical positions, including physicians, nurses, allied health professionals, pharmacists, operations and corporate functions.
• Partner with clinical and operational leaders to understand workforce needs and develop sourcing strategies.
• Lead Emiratization initiatives by identifying, attracting and developing Emirati talent across the organization.
• Maintain strong stakeholder relationships, provide a positive candidate experience and support broader HR projects such as employer branding and workforce planning.

Required profile

• Emirati national with proven experience in talent acquisition, preferably within the healthcare sector.
• Strong understanding of Emiratization policies and ability to balance Emirati and expatriate hiring.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
