Emiratization Recruiter (3‑month contract)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Emiratization Recruiter on a three‑month fixed‑term contract to lead our client’s local talent acquisition efforts in Abu Dhabi. The role focuses on sourcing, attracting and hiring qualified UAE National professionals across a range of business functions while ensuring full compliance with MOHRE and Nafis requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full‑cycle recruitment of UAE National candidates for technical, operational and administrative positions.
• Ensure all hiring activities comply with current MOHRE regulations and the Nafis point/quota system.
• Utilise the Nafis platform for posting vacancies, tracking candidates and reporting compliance.
• Source talent through Emiratisation databases, LinkedIn, local career fairs, universities and community networks.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of dedicated Emiratisation recruitment experience in the private sector.
• Deep understanding of MOHRE regulations, the Nafis programme and related compliance procedures.
• Fluent Arabic with excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with the Nafis recruitment platform.
• Advanced use of LinkedIn Recruiter and other talent‑sourcing tools.
