About the role
We are seeking a proactive Coordinator to drive employee culture and internal communications for Wynn Al Marjan Island, a new luxury resort slated to open in 2027. The role will support engagement initiatives, internal messaging and content creation throughout the pre‑opening phase.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in planning and executing employee engagement programs, cultural events, recognition activities and onboarding experiences.
- Draft, coordinate and distribute internal communications such as emails, newsletters, announcements, presentations and intranet updates, ensuring consistent tone and branding.
- Collect content and employee stories from cross‑functional teams and schedule publications according to the communications calendar.
- Maintain photo, video and content archives, and support the upkeep of internal platforms including intranet, digital screens and notice boards.
- Track attendance, content calendars and engagement metrics; support surveys, feedback collection and basic data analysis.
- Provide administrative support for approval workflows, documentation and reporting related to culture and communication initiatives.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Communications, Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in employee engagement, internal communications or HR coordination, preferably in hospitality.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication; additional languages are a plus.
- Strong organizational abilities, attention to detail and a creative mindset.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
