Employee Experience Specialist (UAEN)

About the role

The Specialist - Employee Experience role manages and executes end-to-end employee-related operational and transactional activities for assigned campuses, ensuring accuracy, compliance and a positive employee experience. It works closely with the Case Management and Compensation & Benefits teams.

Key responsibilities

• Manage all employee transactions and movements for assigned campuses with HC Operations Business Partners, ensuring timely on-boarding (visa, medical insurance, EID) and off-boarding support.
• Complete due diligence against HC policies, procedures, delegation of authority and transaction checklists before approval.
• Prepare, submit and communicate employee letters and actions such as contract renewals, transfers, promotions, terminations and ad hoc cases like visa or insurance extensions.
• Ensure Itimad is obtained for every required transaction and keep a tracker of all submissions.
• Maintain employee records in the D2 filing system, acting as custodian of documents submitted by other ES&HC Operations team members, and follow a maker-checker process.
• Conduct regular audits of records and transactions, prepare operational reports and audit documentation, and update a tracker of transaction statuses and SLAs.
• Take part in HC projects and support continuous improvement initiatives.
