Employer Branding Intern

About the role

Unilever is looking for an Employer Branding Intern to bring the employee experience to life across its digital platforms. The intern creates engaging content for LinkedIn and Instagram, working with employees, business leaders and the Employer Branding team. It is a hands-on opportunity for an aspiring content creator to gain experience in social media, videography, content production and employer branding.

Key responsibilities

• Create content for LinkedIn and Instagram, including posts, captions and storytelling aligned with the employer brand
• Support content planning, editorial calendars and emerging content trends
• Capture photos and videos at offices, events and employee activations, interview employees and film short-form content
• Edit videos for Instagram Reels and LinkedIn, adding subtitles, transitions and motion graphics
• Support employer branding campaigns, university activations and talent attraction initiatives
• Work with internal stakeholders on employee stories and business achievements, and support content reporting

Required profile

• Interest in social media, storytelling and content creation
• Experience creating content for Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok or similar platforms
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to manage several projects and meet deadlines
• Creative mindset with an eye for visual storytelling

Required skills

• Basic to intermediate videography and video editing
• Familiarity with Canva, CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro or similar tools
• Preferred: photography and videography experience, reels and short-form content, Canva or Adobe Creative Suite
