Engagement Lead

About the role

Ai71SuperHive is looking for an Engagement Lead to own the end‑to‑end delivery of its AI platform for the construction industry. You will act as the bridge between client teams and our product, engineering, and consulting groups, ensuring that our solutions are correctly scoped, implemented, and adopted.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute engagement workplans, define workstreams, and track progress against milestones.
• Embed with client domain experts to diagnose problems, identify where SuperHive adds value, and define success criteria.
• Lead product implementations: scope customisations, drive user adoption, and ensure tangible benefits for the client.
• Manage co‑development projects, translating client requirements into product specifications and feeding insights back to the roadmap.
• Coordinate across Product, Engineering, and client operating teams, converting strategy into actionable delivery and vice‑versa.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in management consulting, forward‑deployed roles at enterprise software/AI firms, or comparable operational engagement positions.
• Proven ability to break down ambiguous problems, frame solutions, and drive projects to completion.
• Demonstrated track record of managing complex, multi‑stakeholder engagements without direct supervision.
• Hands‑on, pragmatic approach with strong analytical capabilities.
