Engineering Manager – Cloud Native & Microservices

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Engineering Manager to lead the design, development, and delivery of cloud‑native web applications and enterprise‑grade microservices in Dubai. You will work closely with product, architecture, and operations teams to ensure high‑quality, scalable solutions that meet business needs.

Key responsibilities

• Guide the development of cloud‑native web applications and microservice architectures.
• Lead end‑to‑end product delivery in an Agile Scrum environment, ensuring projects are on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
• Collaborate with Product Management, Architects, Operations, and Release Management for smooth launches.
• Define technical road‑maps, drive automation, and promote best‑practice coding patterns.
• Grow and manage team talent, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
• Ensure customer satisfaction throughout project delivery and proactively resolve issues.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree with 12–15 years of relevant experience.
• At least 8 years of software development experience and 4+ years in an engineering management role.
• Proven track record leading Scrum teams and delivering large‑scale projects.
• Strong problem‑solving, communication, and organizational skills.
